Shipping & Processing Policy

All products are made to order and handcrafted with care. Processing times may vary depending on the current order volume. We work on a first-come, first-served basis and aim to ship as quickly as possible.
- Standard processing time: 3β5 business days (excluding βReady to Shipβ items).
- This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee β some orders may ship sooner, others may take longer, especially during peak seasons.
If you require express processing, please contact us before placing your order. If available, an additional fee will be required to fast-track your order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept the turnaround time stated above.
π Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped only to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details β including street number, apartment/suite number, city, and postal code β are accurate before confirming payment.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, a new shipping fee will be required to resend your order. We will contact you via email with a payment link for re-shipping.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we will contact you via email as soon as it is received back.
To resend the package, a new shipping fee will be required. We will provide a secure payment link, and once the fee is paid, the package will be reshipped with a new tracking number.
Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers, to avoid delays or additional charges.
* Returned packages will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed upon. Unclaimed packages (e.g., due to customer not picking up from post office) are treated the same as returned packages.
π Exchange Packages
If you wish to request an exchange (for example, due to selecting the wrong size or style), please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- You cover the return shipping cost to send the original item back to us.
- A new shipping fee will be charged to send the replacement item.
- Exchanges are only accepted for equal or higher value items. If the new item is of higher value, the price difference will be invoiced.
Because our products are handmade to order, we do not offer free exchanges unless the issue was caused by a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

π Tracking Information
Every order includes a tracking number once shipped. Depending on your shipping location, we will use the most appropriate and reliable shipping carrier β including but not limited to UPS, USPS, DHL, or other trusted services.
Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
* After the order has left our studio and is with the shipping provider, we cannot control or guarantee delivery speed. Any delays during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
βDelivery Issues
If your tracking information shows βDeliveredβ but you have not received the package, we recommend the following steps:
- Check all areas around your delivery address, including your front door, mailbox, or building lobby.
- Ask neighbors or family members if they received the package on your behalf.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing parcel claim.
As a small handmade business, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items after they have been marked as delivered. However, we are happy to assist you with any documents or details needed to support your claim with the carrier.
